CAGUAS – Andy Velázquez Figueroa was arrested this Monday for violation of article 3.1 (mistreatment), due to an incident in Caguas, the Police reported.
Against Velázquez Figueroa, 30, weighed an arrest warrant with a bail of 10,000 thousand dollars, issued by Judge Ingrid Alvarado, of the Caguas Court.
The arrest warrant was completed by agents assigned to the Arrests and Raids Division of the Criminal Investigations Corps of the Caguas Area.
Velázquez Figueroa was brought before Judge Sonya Nieves to read the accusation and warnings.
The man paid the bail that was imposed on him.
The date of the preliminary hearing against Velázquez Figueroa was not disclosed.
