San Juan – A man who was wounded by a bullet at around 6:25 in the morning on Thursday, on the PR-1 highway, in front of the Mansiones de Caldas urbanization in Río Piedras, died at the Medical Center, the police confirmed.
The victim has not been identified yet. She was described as having a dark complexion and between 40 and 50 years of age.
The authorities were alerted to the incident through the police confidentiality line.
When agents arrived at the confidentiality site, they located a Toyota Corolla car. Inside the vehicle was a man wounded by a gunshot.
Emergency Medical Personnel gave first aid to the victim. He was then transported to the Río Piedras Medical Center where he died around 8:00 in the morning.
Agents from the Criminal Investigation Corps of the San Juan Homicide Division began an investigation into the incident.
