San Juan – The executive president of the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (AAA), engineer Doriel Pagán Crespo, reported this Wednesday that the agency’s customer service offices will offer their services during special hours starting Thursday, December 24, 2020, until Wednesday, January 6, 2021, due to Christmas break.
Pagán Crespo explained in a written communication that the customer service offices will remain closed on Thursday, December 24, Friday, 25 and Thursday, December 31; as well as Friday 1 and Wednesday 6 January 2020, due to holidays.
The rest of the days, the customer service offices will open in their regular hours from 7:30 in the morning to 3:00 in the afternoon.
“We urge clients to carry out their transactions through the different technological tools that the agency has, such as the Virtual Office, its mobile application, the Telephone Center and the system for the hearing impaired,” the engineer reported.
These tools offered by AAA are safe and allow the client to carry out all kinds of transactions, from paying bills, reporting leaks, requesting payment plans, claims, tracking transactions and even adding or canceling service.
In the same way, he pointed out that because the operational areas are essential, they will remain in their regular hours with the personnel on duty to guarantee drinking water service in the communities.
If additional information is required, subscribers can contact the Customer Service Telephone Center during their regular business hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., by calling (787) 620-2482, or 1 -877-411-2482 (Island) or (787) 751-8125 for the hearing impaired.
