Virtual shift will be available from Monday to Friday between 7:40 AM and 3:00 PM. Subscribers must access www.aaa.turnospr.com and provide their name and telephone number. A service representative will return the call to inform you of the required documents and complete the requested paperwork.
If the subscriber wishes to visit the business office, he must select the Office Appointment option at www.aaa.turnospr.com . For this option, it is a requirement to have all the documents at the time of making the appointment and arrive between 15 to 20 minutes before to the selected commercial office or you will miss the appointment and you must coordinate another.

Payments cannot be made in commercial offices.
Likewise, alternative means of payment or authorized stations including banks, cooperatives can be used , pharmacies that provide the service, participating businesses and supermarkets.
