RED CAPE – Brigades of the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (AAA), will carry out valve replacement works in the urban center of the municipality of Cabo Rojo next Saturday, June 12, 2021, from 7:30 in the morning to 3:30 in the afternoon, reported the director of the San Germán operational area, Jorge Hernández Ortiz.

The official explained that the works consist of changing a six-inch diameter valve on Muñoz Rivera Street, on the Mariano Quiñones corner of this municipality.

While the works are being completed, the subscribers residing in the urban area and in the upper parts of Cabo Rojo will have interruption of the water service.

If there are no problems, the recovery of the water service will be from Saturday afternoon hours.

Once the water service is restored, the AAA recommends boiling it for a period of three minutes, due to the possibility of turbidity.
