The Department of Health announced that it will expand the population eligible for vaccination against Covid-19.

According to the Secretary of Health, Carlos Mellado, starting next Wednesday people between 60 and 65 years old who suffer from certain chronic conditions, cancer or lung diseases will be able to be vaccinated.

It was precisely a month ago that Mellado signed an administrative order that guarantees the exclusive vaccination process for the population of adults over 65 years of age or older.

This order was in force until last Sunday, to which this expansion of the population would respond.

This is news in development.
