San Juan – The long-awaited Christmas campaign has begun Believe in support of the mission carried out by Make-A-Wish Puerto Rico throughout the island and whose mission is to make the wish of children who suffer from a life-threatening health condition come true.

The campaign consists of collecting the largest number of letters addressed to Santa and depositing them at the “Believe” station that is located in the Macy’s stores in Plaza Las Américas and Plaza Del Caribe in Ponce.

For each letter, Macy’s will donate $ 1 up to the million dollars. The collection will allow us to reach the goal of granting over 70 wishes for this year.

The public has until the night of December 24 to bring all the possible letters. The more letters, the higher the collection!

“This year has been one of great challenges for everyone, but with the support of the people and the great team at Macy’s we will collect many little letters that will become wishes granted. This year we have more time to achieve the goal. Don’t miss out on the joy and excitement of the most beautiful time of the year, Christmas! ” said Bohemarie Barnés, president of the foundation.

Since 1990, Make-A-Wish Puerto Rico has carried out the wishes of children between the ages of 2 and 1/2 years to 17 years, patients with a life-threatening condition, bringing them hope, strength and joy.
