SAN JUAN– The National Superior Basketball team confirmed its game schedule for the resumption of the 2020 season to be held from November 10 at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort in Rio Grande.

The 2020 season will feature the participation of the Santeros de Aguada, Capitanes de Arecibo, Vaqueros de Bayamón, Cariduros de Fajardo, Brujos de Guayama, Mets de Guaynabo, Leones de Ponce, Piratas de Quebradillas, Indios de Mayagüez, and Atléticos de San Germán .

The 10 teams will play 45 regular season games in a single section where each team will play nine (9) Regular Series games, accumulating a total of twelve (12) games played in the Leaderboard and playing a single game against each opponent. participant in the event.

The Regular Series schedule has been configured as follows:

The top seven (7) teams on the Leaderboard will earn a direct pass to the Postseason which is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, December 1.

The team that occupies the ninth place in the Leaderboard will have the opportunity to challenge the eighth classified to a game for the classification to the Postseason that will be celebrated on November 30. The winner of this match will occupy the eighth place and will face the team that ends the Regular Series in the first position in the Quarterfinals.

The winner of each Quarterfinal series will be the first to win 2 matches in a maximum of 3. The winner of each Semifinal Series and the Final Series will be the first to win 3 matches in a maximum of 5. The Final Series will culminate its last game, if necessary, on December 21.
