Charges for violating a protection order in Quebradillas

BREAKS – Charges for violating a stalking law protection order were filed against William Cruz Rosario, 62, a Quebradillas resident, police reported.

On Monday, October 19, in Quebradillas, the accused went to his neighbor’s workplace, violating a protection order under the stalking law.

Agent William Nieves Román and prosecutor Ilia I. Reichard Moran, filed the charges against Cruz Rosario.

The case was brought before the presence of Judge Rafael Lugo Morales, of the Court of First Instance of Arecibo, who after hearing the evidence determined cause for the crime of stalking, setting a bond of 2,500 dollars, which Cruz Rosario provided
