College Board announces dates for its next exams


The College Board Puerto Rico and Latin America (CBPRAL) announced today the dates of the university admission tests, the PAA, and stated that if they cannot be held in person, given the threat of COVID-19, they are evaluated options.

“Our goal is for every student to have access to receive a university education that will lead them to meet their academic and professional goals,” indicated Pablo F. Martínez vice president of the College Board Puerto Rico and Latin America.

"To achieve this goal, at the College Board Puerto Rico and Latin America we maintain the commitment to offer this year the university admission test, the PAA," he added.

The PAA will be offered again in two modes of administration and on five dates during this school year.

1. First semester, administration at your school, October 22, 2020 in the public schools and in the participating private schools

2. Second semester, February 24 and 25, 2021.

3. Saturdays: three dates November 14, 2020, February 27, 2021 and June 19, 2021 . A

It was indicated that in the case of not being able to carry out the administration of the PAA in person or on the established dates, the CBPRAL will offer other options. Any change in the dates and administration modality will be duly communicated on our website, latam.collegeboard.org and other means of communication.

It is also made available to students, at As of August 2020, the Official Practice for the PAA, a free tool available on the page practicaonline.org .

“We recognize the concern of the school community, as well as parents and students regarding the insecurity of the times. However, at the College Board we continue to work for the present and future of young people and we will continue to make an effort to offer services so that no student misses the opportunity to have access to university ”, Martínez concluded.
