SAN JUAN – Signs of solidarity, affection, friendship and respect have distilled during the wake of Aarón, leader of the Mita Congregation. Hundreds of parishioners, politicians, artists, and individuals have visited the congregation’s temple since last Tuesday, January 19 to attend evening religious services.

With an invocation by the preacher Edwin Ríos, the doors of the Temple of the Mita Congregation will open at 1:00 in the afternoon, to offer the religious service accompanied by the songs of the Wind Band, Harp Band, Band of Cuerdas and the Choir of the Mita Congregation.

Among the personalities who today will render a message of honor to Aarón, the lawyer José Alfredo Hernández Mayoral will attend.

As announced and planned, the work team will ensure compliance with the health protocols, attentive to ensuring that all the public when entering the Temple go through the process of screening the temperature and disinfectant. In addition, security personnel will prevent people from crossing and crowding at the entrances and exits of the temple during the religious service.

On the other hand, the ceremony will be screened through various monitors so that everyone can have more access to the message. After mass, at 2:00 in the afternoon, Aarón’s remains will be transported to the mausoleum, located on Calle Duarte, in Hato Rey, for his eternal rest. The closing prayer will be offered by the preacher Oscar Rodríguez and the final message will be given by the new leader of the Mita Congregation, Rosinín Rodríguez Pérez.
