The Health Department reported today in its report 531 patients hospitalized for covid-19, an increase of 22 compared to the figure reported yesterday.
According to agencyOf the 531 people hospitalized, 476 are adult patients and 55 are pediatric.
There are four pediatric intensive care patients and two on a ventilator. Likewise, 89 adult patients are in intensive care and 60 are on a ventilator.
Currently, 2,737 adult beds are available, as well as 214 intensive care beds and 847 fans. There are also 761 pediatric beds, 54 intensive care beds, and 111 pediatric ventilators.
On the other hand, Health reported in its report seven additional deaths from covid-19, as well as 2,281 new positive cases between confirmed and probable.
With this, the accumulated figure rises to 235,142 cases and 2,207 deaths, between confirmed and probable, since the pandemic began.
Data published in the Health portal show that 604,643 people have completed the vaccination process on the Island, which means that they have received both doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or the one-dose vaccine from Johnson & Johnson.
1,459,112 doses have been administered on the island, while 897,079 people have at least one dose.
