Covid-19 hospitalizations drop to 363 | government

Hospitalizations related to the coronavirus (Covid-19) on the Island decreased to 363, which represents a reduction of 14 compared to the figure reported yesterday.

According to the agency’s dashboard, of the 363 people hospitalized, there are 53 adult patients in intensive care and 53 with a ventilator.

At the moment, the Country has 2,956 beds for adults, 229 intensive care beds and 857 ventilators, as well as 855 pediatric beds, 61 intensive care beds and 134 pediatric ventilators.

The number of hospitalizations for Covid-19 has remained below 600 since mid-December.

Health reported today 672 confirmed cases, 644 suspected cases and 115 probable infections. No additional deaths were recorded.

With this, the accumulated figure rises to 149,353 cases and 1,703 deaths, between confirmed and probable, since the pandemic began.
