SAN JUAN – The secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO), Carmen Salgado, announced that from today and during the weekend they will be carrying out maintenance work on the Agency’s web portal that will affect access to services in line that consumers receive in said portal
“Our portal will be in routine maintenance to optimize the platform and the services offered to continue offering services and guidance to our consumers. We are aware that technology has taken a leading role in the lives of the majority of citizens. Through our portal, we attend to inquiries, complaints, grant licenses, certifications and, above all, we guide consumers and merchants on important issues, ”explained the Secretary.
According to the official, as of Monday she expects that the 25 services offered through the portal will be available as usual for the benefit of consumers.
