SAN JUAN – The secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO), Carmen Salgado, reported Tuesday that a new online system for coordinating appointments was made available.
“This is a very useful tool for everyone. Through the appointment coordination system, our consumers will be able to make inquiries, file complaints, request to renew their licenses and certifications. Also, make your payments and review your files at the regional offices. With this service, we will be able to continue serving the needs of all consumers, complying with the Covid-19 prevention protocol, ”said the official in written communication.
Through the link: https://daco.tuserviciopr.com, citizens may coordinate their appointment to receive services in person at any of the DACO Regional Offices. Once registered, you can monitor your shift, receive notifications, and even cancel the appointment if necessary.
To coordinate an appointment, the consumer must complete a digital form containing name, email and phone number. Likewise, you must choose the reason for the visit, the office you want to receive the service, the exact date and time.
“We will continue to take advantage of all the technological advances that support the service that we offer and that our citizens receive. At the moment the time available for appointments will be between 8:00 in the morning to 3:30 in the afternoon, ”said the DACO secretary.
The Ponce Regional Office will be offering face-to-face services on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Caguas Regional Office facilities. For this reason, face-to-face services in Caguas will be offered only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
