AGUADILLA – A pedestrian was killed around 8:54 p.m. Thursday, on the PR-2 highway in Aguadilla.
According to the Police report, Carlos Andino Pérez, 33, a resident of Isabela, was driving a 2016 Honda Civic on the aforementioned road. Upon reaching kilometer 124.1, he did not notice the presence of a pedestrian and hit him.
As a result, the unidentified man was hit by 2 other cars and died. One of the vehicles was reported to have had an expired tag. All the drivers involved stayed at the scene of the accident.
All were tested for alcohol and it was negative. The vehicles were seized for investigation purposes.
