Flood watch since Thursday afternoon


Puerto Rico – Scattered showers are expected for Thursday morning that may affect portions of eastern Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, reported the National Weather Service (SNM) in San Juan.

There is a flood watch, starting Thursday afternoon through Friday night.

Unstable weather conditions coupled with abundant tropical humidity will cause periods of heavy rain from Thursday afternoon through Friday night.

There is a moderate risk of ocean currents.

While the temperature will be between the low 70s to mid 80s.

The wind blows from the east up to 15 knots, according to the SNM.

The swell in the Atlantic is between two to seven feet. In the Caribbean it is between one to five feet.
