The Governor of Puerto Rico, Wanda Vázquez Garced will meet this afternoon, Monday, with members of the medical "task force" and the Secretary of Health, Lorenzo González Feliciano due to the increase in the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 in the past few days.
At the meeting, which is expected to take place at 2:00 in the afternoon at the Cardiovascular Center of Puerto Rico and from the Caribbean, in Río Piedras, Vázquez Garced will listen to the recommendations of these people before announcing to the people the new Executive Order related to the pandemic.
During the past weekend, Salud ordered the closure of a restaurant in Barceloneta and a hostelry on the island municipality of Culebra .
This morning, the agency reported 321 new cases, which They divide into 227 confirmed and 94 probable in the past 24 hours. The number of deaths continues at 167.
