The Department of Health closed four businesses this weekend for violating the Executive Order that seeks to contain infections with Covid-19, confirmed this Monday in a radio interview the director of Investigations of the agency, Jesús Hernández.
“Two in Carolina and two in Condado. We have a business called W, where rape was curfew. They were operating at approximately 2:00 in the morning and it was a repeat business. The second time that we intervened in this business, ”Hernández said in an interview on Pegaos en la Mañana on Radio Isla, with Julio Rivera Saniel.
“On the other hand we had the Gallístico Club (in Isla Verde). Unfortunately we had an agglomeration (of people) within their facilities. And they were using the bars, where bars are prohibited at the moment, ”Hernández said.
“In the same way we had another business called Akie” in Carolina, which they ordered to close for not keeping social distancing or other measures to try to avoid contagion with Covd-19.
“And ‘Stop and Go’, which is a business in the County, a repeat offender. It is the second time that we intervene in the business. They did not have social distancing, they did not measure the temperature of their guests, the open bar, ”Hernández explained.
