The Department of Health and its Research Division are at the Don Frappe business in Añasco, due to the crowding of people.
According to a source from THE SPOKESMAN, Department personnel were in the establishment to close it for exceeding the capacity of people allowed by the current executive order.
This is not the first time that the agency has intervened with the business, as in August they also issued a closure order for the same situation.
