
The Health Department report reported two deaths from Covid-19; meanwhile, 115 confirmed cases and 73 additional probable cases were registered.
Thus, 211 total deaths and 16,061 confirmed and probable cases since the pandemic began on the Island.
Meanwhile, the agency reported in his 'dashboard' 495 hospitalized by the virus.
Of the 495 people hospitalized, there are 66 patients in intensive care and 37 with ventilator. No pediatric patient is hospitalized by the virus.
Both reported fatalities were classified as confirmed and correspond to two men, aged 68 and 63, from the Caguas and Metro regions, respectively.
With these reported deaths, the total of confirmed deaths add up to 106 and the probable ones are 105, therefore, the total of deaths is 211.
On the other hand, the total of the results of confirmed cases of Covid-19 is 5,700. Of that total, 2,877 are women and 2,822 men; a case is under investigation in this line. The reported cases are those that have a positive PCR test, with a sample collection date of July 13 to 24.
As part of the report, 73 additional probable cases were registered, with a sample collection date of 15 as of July 26, 2020. In this line, the total is 10,361, after being adjusted, by subtracting seven cases that had a positive molecular test, subsequently, and added to the cases registered as part of this report. Similarly, 40 cases were added with a sample collection date from May 10 to June 10. Probable cases are divided into 5,666 women and 4,695 men.
