The direct and indirect impacts are still uncertain because there is still uncertainty in the trajectory of Invest 92L, but everything indicates that by the end of this week it would be close to the Caribbean, said the SNM meteorologist.
The meteorologist recalled that the trajectory forecast has a margin of error of 200 miles to 5 days. “Puerto Rico is 100 by 35, imagine what can vary,” he said.
He added that there is still no official forecast for the trajectory because it has not yet developed into a tropical depression. This could happen between tomorrow, Monday, and Tuesday.
Sánchez said that the message to citizens in the hurricane season, not only now, is to have your emergency plan and continue to monitor the media and future reports from the National Hurricane Center and the National Weather Service.
If it becomes a storm, the phenomenon will acquire the name of Isaías, he specified.
