The singer Kany García joined the wave of indignation against the puppeteer Antulio “Kobbo” Santarrosa and asked for the cancellation of her program La Comay on Mega TV.
“You have to get Kobbo Santarrosa out of that doll, out,” said the Puerto Rican artist during her drive-in concert that she offered today at Hiram Bithorn.
Kany’s claim joins many others, after Santarrosa used and sexualized in her program an image of the daughter of the candidate for governor for the Citizen Victory Movement (MVC), Alexandra Lúgaro. In addition, the singer pointed out that the media character has affected the LGBT community in Puerto Rico.
“If we remove a governor, how can we not remove a doll,” Garcia said.
