
sea cow – The authorities reported on Wednesday, an incident that was reported through the 9-1-1 Emergency System, about people dragged by the water on the Poza de las Mujeres beach in Manatí.
According to the Police, the Fura de Arecibo Rapid Action Unit, Emergency Management and Rescues, came to the scene, where they rescued an 18-year-old girl and her father José González, 42, who were dragged by a stream of water.
The young woman is in good health and her father drowned.
These people are reported to be Connecticut residents.
A preliminary investigation was carried out by agent Joseph Gonzáles, from the Manatí district, and the Arecibo Homicide Division is taking charge together with the prosecutor on duty.
