Gurabo – The Police reported on Friday that in the morning hours, through the 9-1-1 Emergency System, a person was reported wounded by a bullet on the PR-9944 highway at exit 7 of the PR-30 highway in Gurabo.
According to the police report, when agents from the Gurabo District arrived, they found a man inside a white Ford F-150 vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds.
This was identified as Abimael García Trinidad, 26 years old and resident in Gurabo, who was transported to the Menonita Hospital in Caguas where the doctor on duty certified his death due to the trauma received.
Agent Anthony Egea assigned to the Homicide Division of the Caguas Area Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC), together with prosecutor Dalinés Hernández and staff from the Institute of Forensic Sciences, took charge of the investigation.
