The Electric Power Authority (PREPA) reported this morning that more than 28,000 customers continue without electric power service.
"Technical personnel continue to work for the reestablishment of electric service in all regions," reported the public corporation through social networks.
He also explained that "currently there are 28,428 or 1.9% of clients without service".
