The Seismic Network registered several earthquakes at dawn today, between these two of magnitude greater than 4.
The strongest in this sequence were those at 2:42 and 2:45 in the morning, 4.8 and 4.3, respectively.
In the case of the 4.8 quake, the location was 6.42 kilometers south southwest of Guánica, and had a depth of 11 kilometers.
Meanwhile, the epicenter of the 4.3 movement located 5.68 km south-southwest of Guánica, with a depth of eight kilometers.
Other tremors registered in that southern area at dawn were: at 3:30 a.m. from 3.5 and at 5:35 a.m. of 3.2.
Also, this morning there was another minor earthquake from 2.9 at 6:15 a.m.
There is no warning or tsunami warning for any of the tremors.
Since December 28 the southern region remains seismically active, with the largest event being on January 7, 6.4.
