No major incidents are reported in the north and center of the Island


As anticipated, stronger rains and gusts of wind associated with Tropical Storm Laura were affecting the municipalities of central and northern Puerto Rico in the afternoon, although fortunately no emergency situation was reported. On the other hand, it was reported that two people, a 74-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman, are in the Morovis shelter, at the Ángel Quintero School . As it was learned, the couple went to the shelter because their wooden house has many leaks.
