Certainly, recognizing inspiring actions will encourage many more young people to be motivated and understand that a better world is possible. JCI through its mission is directed precisely to the development of young people to create positive changes ”.
JCI will award youth in the following categories: Business, Economic, or Entrepreneurial Achievement; Political, Legal or Government Affairs; Achievement or Academic Leadership; Cultural Achievements; Moral or Environmental Leadership; Contribution to Children, World Peace or Human Rights; Humanitarian or Voluntary Service; Scientific or Technological Development; Overcoming or Personal Achievements; and / or Medical Innovation.
“Nominations will be received until Friday, November 13, 2020. They will be evaluated by an expert panel of judges and the ten young people chosen will be honored in a virtual ceremony to be held at the end of November,” added Nieves Martínez.
These winners, in turn, will be nominated to compete globally alongside hundreds of outstanding young people from more than 115 countries.
