Likewise, Jiménez explained that with Point Guard Express the company brings guidance and claims services to different towns on the island where there are no offices. There, clients will be attended by appointment with all security protocols.
In addition, the company provides a direct service, through which the subscriber is visited at their home or workplace to minimize the time of their claim and provide direct assistance also under strict security protocols.
