Potential cyclone follows its path near the south of Puerto Rico

The potential cyclone 9 continues its passage through waters south of Puerto Rico where it will travel tonight and would leave a good amount of rain in the region.

In the most recent bulletin of the National Hurricane Center (CNH) in Miami, at 5:00 pm the system was at latitude 16.4, longitude, 65.6 with sustained winds of 45 miles per hour. Its travel movement is 23 miles per hour.

The CNH insists that the phenomenon will manage to become Storm IsaĆ­as in the next few hours as it moves to the south of the island and makes its entrance to the Dominican Republic.
