SAN JUAN – An outage Tuesday at the Ecoeléctrica powerplant in Peñuelas reportedly left more than 100,000 customers in several municipalities without electric power service.
According to the president of the Irrigation & Electrical Workers Union (Utier by its Spanish acronym), Ángel Figueroa Jaramillo, service has been gradually restored in several towns, CyberNews reports.
