More than eight hours have passed since electoral officials resumed the counting of votes in the Roberto Clemente Coliseum that would finally decide the winner of the contest for mayor of San Juan.
Although there is no update on the results, the electoral commissioner of the Popular Democratic Party, Nicolás Gautier, said in an interview with Playing Hard Ball that tonight it will be known who prevailed.
So far, Manuel Natal for the Victoria Ciudadana Movement continued to lead with 362 votes difference over the candidate of the New Progressive Party (PNP), Miguel Romero.

When asked when the final count will be held, the PPD electoral commissioner assured that by Friday “they must have everything counted.”
