
The new report from the Puerto Rico Municipal Case Investigation and Contact Tracing System (SMICRCPR) identified 195 outbreaks of the COVID-19 coronavirus in 44 towns on the island.
According to information from the Department of Health, these outbreaks were recorded from September 12 to October 11.
For its part, no outbreaks were reported in eight municipalities and no information was provided in 26.
74.5 percent of the closed outbreaks were between families.
