Puerto Rico – Some downpours are expected for Thursday morning in sectors of eastern Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, reported the National Meteorological Service (SNM) in San Juan.
There is a warning for small boat operators across the offshore waters of the Atlantic.
There is a high risk of ocean currents for the beaches of northern Puerto Rico.
While the temperature will be between the mid 70s to low 90s.
The wind blows from the east up to 20 knots, according to the SNM.
The swell in the Atlantic is between five to eight feet. In the Caribbean it is between three to six feet.
