Puerto Rico – Some downpours are expected for Tuesday morning through the local waters of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, reported the National Meteorological Service (SNM) in San Juan.
There is a warning for small boat operators across the offshore waters of the Atlantic.
There is a high risk of ocean currents for the northern beaches of the big island of Puerto Rico and Culebra.
While the temperature will be between the mid 70s to low 90s.
The wind blows from the east up to 15 knots, according to the SNM.
The swell in the Atlantic is between four to seven feet. In the Caribbean it is between three to six feet.
