Arecibo – The Director of Customer Service of the Aqueducts and Sewers Authority (AAA), Melissa V. Rodríguez Martínez, reported that the face-to-face appointments scheduled for this Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at the Arecibo office, have been canceled due to a positive case of Covid-19.
Rodríguez Martínez added that Customer Service staff will communicate with the people who are scheduled for today (Wednesday) and September 17 and 18 respectively, to be served virtually.
The persons named will not lose their turn.
“As part of the AAA protocol and security measure, the facilities will be sanitized starting tomorrow, Thursday, September 17. If there are no major setbacks, the Customer Service office in Arecibo will begin to assist the persons mentioned in person as of Monday, September 21, ”the official reported.
