The Health Department report reported three deaths from Covid-19; meanwhile, 218 confirmed cases and 298 additional probable cases were registered.
Thus, 214 total deaths total and 16,572 confirmed and probable cases since the pandemic began on the Island.
Meanwhile, the agency reported in his 'dashboard' 504 hospitalized by the virus.
Of the 504 people hospitalized, there are 63 patients in intensive care and 40 with ventilators. No pediatric patient is hospitalized by the virus.
The reported fatalities were classified as confirmed and correspond to two men, aged 65 and 77, from the Metro and Mayagüez regions, respectively; in addition, a 52-year-old woman from the Arecibo region is included.
With these reported deaths, the total number of confirmed deaths totals 109 and the probable deaths remain at 105, so the total number of deaths is 214.  On the other hand, the total of the results of confirmed cases of Covid-19 is 5,920. The total was adjusted after adding two cases with a sample collection date of July 7. Of that total, 2,987 are women and 2,933 men. The cases reported are those that have a positive PCR test, with a sample collection date of July 13 to 27.
As part of the report, 298 additional probable cases were registered, with a sample collection date of 10 to July 27, 2020. In this line, the total is 10,652, after being adjusted, by subtracting 18 cases that had a positive molecular test, subsequently, and were added to the cases registered as part of this report. Similarly, 11 cases were added with a sample collection date from May 5 to July 5. Probable cases are divided into 5,831 women and 4,821 men.
