The Permanent Registration Boards will open on Saturdays


Starting tomorrow, Saturday, July 4, the Permanent Registration Boards will be offering services to voters, reported the president of the State Election Commission, Juan E. Dávila Rivera.

All Boards Permanent Enrollment Programs will be open, except for those of Peñuelas, Las Marías and Juana Díaz, and they will work regularly from 8:00 in the morning to 4:00 in the afternoon.

“We urge voters who can go to do their electoral procedures, to the Permanent Registration Boards. The procedures that are carried out from tomorrow onwards will be for the General Elections and the Plebiscite on November 3, 2020 "said the official in written statements.

Those voters who are going to vote in the primaries will only be able to get duplicate electoral identification card.

In addition, he took the opportunity to remind voters that all electoral identification cards are valid, no matter the expiration date.
