There are 303 hospitalizations due to coronavirus on the Island | government


The Department of Health reported today on its website 303 patients hospitalized for Covid-19, a reduction of 11 compared to yesterday’s figure.

A minor in intensive care for several weeks remains connected to a ventilator. Health has only reported that it is a teenager. Meanwhile, another pediatric patient continues in intensive care.

Meanwhile, 52 adults are in intensive care and 33 are connected to a ventilator.

The country’s health system currently has 3,239 beds for adults, 194 intensive care beds and 760 ventilators. It also has 945 pediatric beds, 56 intensive care beds and 116 pediatric ventilators.

Health reported today 126 confirmed cases, 63 probable infections and three additional deaths. Now Puerto Rico has reported 27,139 confirmed cases, 27,401 probable and 738 deaths since March 13, when the first cases were reported.
