With these new cases, there are 25,128 – the accumulated probable and confirmed positives since the pandemic began. While deaths reach 317.
Of the total deaths reported, ten were classified as confirmed and are broken down below:

– 82-year-old man from the region de Arecibo
– 72-year-old man from the Metro region
– 72-year-old man from the Metro region
– 66-year-old man from the Metro region
– 90-year-old woman from the Metro region
– 66-year-old woman from the Metro region

– 24-year-old man from the Arecibo region

On the other hand, a probable death was reported corresponding to a 63-year-old woman from the Fajardo region.
With the fatalities reported, the confirmed deaths total 192 and the probable deaths are 125, therefore, the total number of deaths is 317. Health highlighted that any death registered after the report is issued will be re strapped in later reports.
In addition, the agency specified that the change in the number of deaths should not be interpreted as having occurred in the last 24 hours.
On the other hand, the total of the results of confirmed cases of Covid-19 is 10,730. The total was adjusted after subtracting four duplicate cases; In addition, 56 cases were added with a sample collection date from June 18 to July 29. Of that total, 5,524 are women and 5,206 men. The reported cases are those that have a positive PCR test, with a sample collection date from July 31 to August 11.
As part of the report, 291 additional probable cases were registered, with a sample collection date that includes from July 31 to August 11. In this line, the total is 14,398, after being adjusted, by subtracting 85 cases that had a positive molecular test, later, and were added to the cases registered as part of this report. Similarly, a duplicate case was subtracted and 26 cases were added with a sample collection date from June 8 to July 29. Probable cases are divided into 7,882 women and 6,516 men.
