Citizens who arrived today at the post office of Flamboyán Gardens, in Bayamón, found themselves with long lines and zero social distancing.
This, at a time when the country is facing an upturn in the cases of Covid -19 and when the call for citizens to increase social distancing measures and the use of a mask in public places has increased.
People who came to the post reported waiting more than an hour in the lines to collect packages, while a single employee is the one who makes the deliveries.
The Department of Health has begun to close establishments that violate orders for distancing and use of a mask, seeking to curb the spread of Covid-19 on the Island.
