They reach 1,000 deaths from COVID-19 in Puerto Rico

The Department of Health reported today, Saturday, 18 deaths confirmed by COVID-19 reaching 1,012 deaths.

In addition, he reported that confirmed cases rose to 45,268 by adding 920 cases yesterday Friday.

The Secretary of Health, Lorenzo González Feliciano, had projected that they would reach those figures before November 26, Thanksgiving Day.

Also, González Feliciano stated that by the end of the year Puerto Rico would reach 1,200 deaths.

On the other hand, the Citizen Task Force projected that by the end of the year the deaths would add up to between 1,500 and 1,600.
