Resident Commissioner Jenniffer González announced tonight that there are three people stranded on Mona Island, two guards and a sergeant from the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER).
This is at a time when tropical storm Laura approaches the island with the promise of between 6 and 9 inches of rain.
