CEIBA – The president of the House of Representatives, Carlos ‘Johnny’ Méndez Núñez, together with the candidate for mayor of Ceiba for the New Progressive Party (PNP), Samuel ‘Sammy’ Rivera Báez, toured various sectors of that important municipality on Wednesday of the eastern part of the Island promoting a new economic and social development.
