The Yabucoa Maritime Surveillance Division of the United Forces Rapid Action Bureau seized some 1,750 blocks of cocaine valued at millions of dollars last night.
As reported by the Police Bureau, at around 10:23 pm, while the C-69 boat of the aforementioned division was carrying out a maritime patrol through the Punta Guayanés Sector in Yabucoa, it intervened with a boat of about 30 feet in length that sailed without lights.
In the same they seized about 50 bales of cocaine valued at approximately 31,500,000.00
In the intervention, three people were arrested.
The Federal Agency HSI in conjunction with CBP took over the investigation.
