At 11:00 am Tuesday, the National Hurricane Center in Miami will begin issuing newsletters on the possible tropical cyclone nine .
This is the tropical wave that is to the east of the Antilles and moves westward at between 15 and 20 mph. The system has tropical storm winds, but it's not a tropical storm yet.
An aircraft from the United States Air Force is to investigate the disturbance this afternoon.
NHC will initiate advisories on Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine, located about 400 miles east of the Windward Islands, at 11 am AST.
