They will carry out vaccination against influenza in Santa Isabel

The mayor of Santa Isabel, Enrique Questell Alvarado reported that tomorrow, Wednesday, November 18, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, an influenza vaccination activity will be held in the Municipal Legislature Hall for people with private health plans.

This initiative is part of the health efforts carried out in Santa Isabel since the COVID-19 pandemic began.

“This month began the peak season for influenza cases in Puerto Rico and we have the responsibility of providing these services to our residents. We are still continuing the battle against the coronavirus and it seems important to me to prevent the spread of the influenza virus and thus avoid a major emergency. In Santa Isabel we want them healthy, ”Questell Alvarado mentioned in writing.

To participate in the vaccination, an appointment is not required and the shifts will be in order of arrival.

“All the people who visit us during the activity must have their mask on and respect physical distancing. We will continue working for the health and well-being of all the people of Santa Isabel ”, said the Mayor.
