The Health Department reported 2 additional deaths from COVID-19 on the island today.
The agency noted that the total number of deaths reached 1,773. The number is divided into 1,485 confirmed deaths and 288 probable.
In addition, 831 new confirmed cases of coronavirus were registered through positive molecular tests (RT-PCR). The total of confirmed cases totals 84,578.

Similarly, Salud reported 120 new probable cases detected through antigen tests. The total of probable cases increased to 6,450.
It also reported 1,241 new suspected cases, these due to positive serological tests. The total of suspected cases increased to 65,807.
Meanwhile, Health added that there are 310 people hospitalized for the virus due to coronavirus.
