CATAÑO – Charges for robbery, Arms law and aggravated damages were filed this Monday against two men, for events that occurred on September 19, on Highway 165, near a light food restaurant in Cataño, the Police confirmed.
According to the investigation carried out, Brian Olivo Colón, 20, and Gordany López Ramos, 21, residents of Fajardo, stripped a plaintiff of a Honda XR-650L motorboat.
The duo were chased by the Police and arrested at kilometer 34.7 of Highway 165.
The following were seized during the intervention: a yellow .45 caliber submachine gun, 11 .45 caliber ammunition and a red 1996 Honda Civic motor vehicle, which was allegedly used to commit the acts.
Olivo Colón and López Ramos were brought before Judge José Banuchi of the Bayamón Court, who found cause, indicating a bond of $ 90,000, which they provided, and they were released through electronic supervision.
An indictment is only an indictment and is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
